Pellets Making Process-1: In this procedure, we manufactured the same size pellet for Pharmaceuticals and Foods.

  • Mixed dough stuff to be extruded (M/c. - Extruder- Radial or Axial type)
  • A spherical pellet made by Extruded material (Machine - Sphero Dizer)
  • Sphere-shaped Pellet Drying (Machine - Fluid Bed dryer OR Tray Dryer)
  • Grinding & sieving (Machine - Multi Mill, Vibro Sifter)
  • And That Pellets are inspected and filled in capsule

Pellets Making Process-2: In this procedure, we manufactured irregular-size pellets for Agro chemicals, Chemicals, and catalysts Industries.
  • Powder Raw Materials
  • The dry powder rotated on a tending disc type pan and that fluid sprayed on the material so the powder agglomerated and then agglomerated Granulation rolling and obtained size bigger due to continually spraying. In this procedure, we get an unequal size pallet. (M/c. -Pallezer)
  • Pellet ventilation (Machine - Fluid Bed dryer & Tray Dryer)
  • Grinding & sieving (Machine - Multi Mill, Vibro Sifter)
  • And those Pallets are checked and packed in a Bag.
Pellets Coating Process: In this procedure, we automatically covered pellets of equal size for Pharmaceuticals and Foods.
  • Equal size Pellets made by Extruder Process & Sphero Dizer system.
  • The pallets are filled into the container of the Fluid Bed Coater, and the coating solution is sprayed onto them using a boom spraying system. The pallets are then dried in the same machine. (Machine - Boom spraying system /Fluid Bed Coater with Wurster Coater.)

  • In addition, those Pellets are inspected and filled in a capsule OR Packed in a Pouch OR Will be pallet coated.
Liquid Syrup Manufacturing Plant Automatic Procedure .
  • Method: 1 Automatic Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Process Plant.
  • Step:1 Sugar Grinding & sieving operation (Machine - Multi Mill, Vibro Sifter)
  • Step:2 Sugar Transfer in the sugar-softened sugar vessel (Machine - Vacuum Transfer System)
  • Step 3: Sugar defrost process involves melting sugar by mixing it with D.M. water and heating the mixture in the sugar melting vessel.
  • Step 4 Melted Sugar to be filtered to remove impurities of solid particles and transfer to the manufacturing vessel (M/c. Basket Filter and Transfer Pump).
  • Step: 5 Syrup manufacturing entails adding ingredients to melted sugar, and mixing them using a stirrer and high-speed homogenizer with heating. The material is recirculated in the vessel, and once the syrup is ready, it is cooled by the cooling system in the Syrup Manufacturing Vessel.
  • Step:6 Cooled syrup will be transferred through an inline homogenizer and filter press for homogenized mixing and filtered up to 5 microns size in a storage tank. (M/c Inline Homogenizer & Filter Press, Zero Hold Up Filter Press)
  • Step:7 The syrup is stored in the storage vessel, and when transferred to the filling machine, it is mixed by Stirrer in the Storage Tank.
  • Step:8 Syrup transferred to the the float tank of the filling machine by the transfer Pump system (Machine - Transfer Pump) Liquid syrup will be packed in bottles by filling & sealing & packing line machinery
  • Step: 9 Automatic washing of all vessels and Tank by CIP system (Machine -CIP/ WIP System)
Liquid Syrup Manufacturing Plant Semi-Automatic Process .
  • Procedure: 1 Semi-Automatic Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Process
  • Step:1 Sugar Grinding & sieving method (Machine - Multi Mill, Vibro Sifter)
  • Step:2 Sugar Transfer in the sugar defrost vessel by Manually
  • Step:3 Sugar melting Operation Sugar and D.M. water are mixed and heated in a sugar melting vessel, so sugar is Melted then put in drugs & ingredients and mixed by a Stirrer in the same vessel for manufacturing syrup (Machine -Manufacturing Vessel)
  • Step 4 The syrup is transferred to the storage vessel through an inline filter press and the syrup is cooled in the storage vessel Filter Press and Storage vessel.
  • Step 5 The syrup is stored in the storage vessel and when transferred to the filling machine is mixed by Stirrer in the storage vessel and passed through the Colloid mill for homogenized mixing. (Machine -Colloid Mill)
  • Step:6 Syrup transferred to the float tank of the filling machine by the transfer Pump system (Machine - Transfer Pump) Liquid syrup will be loaded in the bottle by stuffing & sealing & packing line machinery.
Ointment / Cream / Toothpaste / Gel / Hair Oil / Semi Solid Paste / Lotion Manufacturing Plant Automatic Process .
  • Step:1 Water Phase: Fill D.M. water in the then water stage vessel heat and stir (Water Phase Vessel with Stirrer & jacketed)
  • Step:2 Wax Phase: Load wax in wax stage vessel then heat and stir (Wax Phase Vessel with Stirrer & jacketed)
  • Step 3 Melted wax and heated water are transferred to the Ointment/ Cream/ Toothpaste/Gel Manufacturing Vessel using a Vacuum Transfer system. The ingredients are mixed in the vessel, drugs, and additional ingredients with heating, stirring and high-speed homogenization. The material is recirculated in the vessel, and the system is vacuumed, for evaporation in the Ointment Manufacturing Jacketed Vessel with Stirrer, High-speed Homogenizer, Vacuum Pump, and lid Lifting system.
  • Step 4 The material is transferred to the storage tank using a bump pump in the Bump Pump Machine.
  • Step 5 The material will be stored in the storage tank and this tank has a facility for heating and a trolley wheel for moving to the filling vacuum area. (Machine -Storage Tank)
  • Step:6 The storage tank carries the loading machine manually and the material will be heated by hot water circulation for easy transfer of high viscous material by metering pump to the hopper of the filling machine. (M/c- Metering Pump).
  • Step:7 The Ointment/ Cream will be filled and sealed by a stuffing machine and packed by packing line machinery. (Machine -Filling & Sealing and Packing Line Machinery) Ointment / Cream will be packed by loading & sealing & packing line machinery
  • Step: 8 Automatic washing of all vessels and tanks by CIP system (Machine -CIP/ WIP System), Kindly note that the Triple Roller Mill is used for proper mixing and reduced particle size of raw powder material and removing water and liquid content from final materials.
Ointment/ Cream / Toothpaste / Gel Manufacturing Plant Semi Automatic Process.
  • Step:1 Water Phase & Wax stage & Manufacturing Phase: Fill D.M. water then heat the and stir and add wax in the same container again stirring and hea. And complete melting and blending of wax is then added to drugs and ingredients in the same container and mixed by the Stirrer. (Machine: Planetary with Stirrer & jacketed)
  • Step 2 The blended material undergoes particle size reduction and homogenization through a colloid mill, and then it is transferred to a storage tank. (Machine: Colloid Mill, Three Stage Inline Homogenizer)
  • Step 3 The material will be stored in the storage tank and this tank has a facility for heating and a trolley wheel for moving to the filling area. (Machine -Storage Tank)
